- Did you see?
- What?
- An airplane slid in Congonhas today... it's just happened.
- Ah! Slide! Everyday one slides...
- No... it has crashed in a warehouse.
- So, relax, it may not be something serious...

The hope of having survivors in the aircraft is an even mean desire, almost a necessity, of those (including me) who by several reasons fly or have to fly to maintain their lifestyle. Hope that supports our cult to technology that saves us, free ourselves from time, and makes us ultra-post-modern, omni presents.

But the images show that it's not the case: the airplane crossed all the landing lane, flew over the avenue and hit the building outside the airport... eventually someone comes and kill the last thread of hope and exposes all of our fragility: "no survivors".
